In
1997 a goal of the founding partners was to blend the best aspects
of a large firm with the special attributes of a small firm practice.
The firm has achieved that goal with its unique mix of sophisticated
clients and matters and small firm benefits. This means that our
attorneys represent large consumer classes in federal courts while
at the same time representing family owned restaurants that serve
as the site of the firm's annual dinner.
We
represent both nationally recognized corporations and influential
regional and local business interests. As a result, the complexity
and diversity of legal assignments parallels any national law firm
with multiple offices. Furthermore, due to the relative youth of
the partners, ability, energy and enthusiasm is a major criteria
to determine associate work assignments. You will never be told
that you are too young or too inexperienced to handle a legal assignment.
This
management style is not for every young lawyer. If this approach
interests you then we want to talk to you.

Spend the summer at Herum Crabtree Brown.
All summer associates at Herum Crabtree Brown get an in-depth feel
for what it is like to work at the firm. From day one, you'll work
side-by-side with associates and partners on substantive client
work. You'll have the opportunity to learn about whatever areas
of the law interest you.
And
we won't keep you in the office all day. A big part about making
a decision about your career has to do with the community both in
and out of the office. Throughout the summer, we organize social
events to bring the entire office together. Our firm is very active
in the local community. As a result you will have an opportunity
to interact with other community leaders. We think you'll agree
that these opportunities are an important part of your summer experience.
