Bio
Natalie Weber is a fourth generation attorney whose great grandfather was one of the longest sitting Justices on the Nevada Supreme Court. She joined Herum Crabtree as an associate in 2004 after practicing business litigation for two years at an influential Nevada law firm. Ms. Weber is in the Land Use & Development, Appellate Advocacy, and Water & Natural Resources practice groups, and focuses primarily on land use, zoning, CEQA and environmental issues, and appellate law. She regularly appears before administrative agencies and also handles related litigation in superior courts and courts of appeal at the federal and state levels. She is licensed to practice in both California and Nevada.
Natalie Weber appears before various administrative agencies and trial and appellate courts at the federal and state levels, including California’s Fifth District Court of Appeal, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, and U.S. District Court, District of Nevada. Ms. Weber advises and represents a wide range of clients including developers, business owners, property owners, and public interest groups in various land use and zoning matters such as CEQA, the Subdivision Map Act, development agreements, annexation agreements, nonconforming use issues, will serve letters, and Williamson Act cancellation issues. She represents clients beginning at the administrative level before local agencies and regulatory bodies all the way through trial and on appeal. Her prior practice as a civil litigator provides her with invaluable experience regarding contract disputes and discovery matters.
Ms. Weber earned her Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2002, where she graduated Order of the Coif. While at McGeorge, she was an Editor for the Transnational Lawyer law review. She also holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Economics from the University of the Pacific.
Ms. Weber is a member of the Manteca Task Force for the Building Industry Association of the Delta. She is also a member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association and the Washoe County Bar Association. Outside of her law practice, Ms. Weber is a member of Lambda Theta Phi, a non-profit organization that raises money for numerous San Joaquin County charities. She also volunteers her time as an advisory board member for Kappa Alpha Theta at the University of the Pacific in Stockton.
