Daniella Green began practicing law after passing the July 2017 California Bar Exam. Daniella worked as a summer associate at Herum\Crabtree\Suntag in 2016 prior to graduating from law school. Daniella is a fourth generation Stocktonian. Her family has been a fixture in the community for generations, owning Green Brothers Pharmacy from 1930 until its closing in 2012 and her family farm on Roberts Island beginning in 1957. After graduating from St. Mary’s High School, Daniella attended University of the Pacific. While at Pacific, Daniella was a member of the Pacific Legal Scholars Program, the Tiger Dancers, Delta Gamma Fraternity, and Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society among other organizations. As a member of Delta Gamma, Daniella served as the Vice President-Foundation, raising over $5,000 for Delta Gamma’s philanthropy, Service for Sight, and that year was named the all-community Greek Volunteer of the Year. After winning a campus-wide audition, Daniella had the opportunity to introduce former Secretary of State, Dr. Condoleezza Rice at Pacific’s first Advancing Women’s Leadership Forum. Daniella graduated from the Eberhardt School of Business in 2014 obtaining her B.S. in Business Administration, Business Law Concentration, Magna Cum Laude and was named the Outstanding Student in 2014 in both the Pacific Legal Scholars Program and the Business Law Concentration.
Daniella continued her education at Pacific attending McGeorge School of Law. While at McGeorge, Daniella was a member of McGeorge’s Bankruptcy Clinic, providing Bankruptcy services to low-income individuals in the Sacramento community. Daniella was also a member of The University of the Pacific Law Review, serving as a staff writer for Volume 47 and the Chief Symposium Editor and member of the Editorial Board for Volume 48. While serving as Chief Symposium Editor, Daniella along with Distinguished Professor of Law Michael Vitiello put on the Symposium, Regulating Marijuana At Home and Abroad in March 2017. Daniella received the Witkin Award in Trial Advocacy as well as the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association First Honors award for her outstanding achievement in Trial Advocacy. Daniella graduated from McGeorge in 2017 with distinction and as a member of the Traynor Honors Society. Daniella looks forward to beginning her legal career in her home town, gaining experience across all practice areas of the firm, and giving back to the Stockton community.
