Biography:
Mr. Seth P. Shapiro joined Herum Crabtree Brown as an associate attorney in 2007 after working for the firm as a law clerk since May 2006.
Mr. Shapiro grew up in Ventura County, California. He participated in the Honors Program at Loyola Marymount University and earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in History with minors in Political Science and Theological Studies in 2002. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of California Davis, King Hall School of Law in 2006. While at Davis, he served as a Research Editor for the Journal of International Law and Policy and competed in the Robert F. Wagner Moot Court Competition at New York Law School.
While attending Law School, Mr. Shapiro worked for the Sacramento branch of the Public Employment Relations Board and the Campus Counsel for the University of California, Davis.
Mr. Shapiro is a member of the State Bar of California. His practice areas focus on Business Law, Corporate Law, and Estate Planning.
